Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and online outreach to hospitals, clinics, and doctors to generate qualified leads for partnerships.
- Pitch ImpactGuru's crowdfunding solutions and services to healthcare professionals, highlighting benefits for their patients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective hospital and doctor contacts.
- Coordinate with the business development team to schedule meetings and demos with potential partners.
- Follow up with leads to ensure smooth onboarding and conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity records in CRM tools.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback from hospitals/doctors to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or B2B sales).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
