Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and online outreach to hospitals, clinics, and doctors to generate qualified leads for partnerships.
  • Pitch ImpactGuru's crowdfunding solutions and services to healthcare professionals, highlighting benefits for their patients.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective hospital and doctor contacts.
  • Coordinate with the business development team to schedule meetings and demos with potential partners.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure smooth onboarding and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity records in CRM tools.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Provide feedback from hospitals/doctors to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or B2B sales).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
