Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Development Representative (ISDR) with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to our growth, focusing on the top of the sales funnel by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities within the Indian SME market. You will be the first point of contact, setting the stage for long-term customer relationships and driving our revenue engine.
Preferred candidate profile
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Targeted Research: Proactively research and identify potential SME customers, new markets, and customer needs that align with our WhatsApp communication solution.
High-Volume Outreach: Proactively connect potential customers daily via high-volume outbound calls, personalized emails, and professional social outreach (e.g., LinkedIn) to generate initial interest.
Relationship Building: Generate and nurture leads by building relationships with warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities within your assigned market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven inside sales/business development experience selling IT Services, Software, or SaaS-based solutions in a B2B / B2C environment.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and a relevant regional Indian language with a strong phone presence.
