Business Development Manager – Signage | Advertising & Branding Solutions

Location: Delhi

Experience Required: 3 to 6 years (Signage / Advertising industry preferred)

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (Signage Division) who can generate new business opportunities, build long-term client partnerships, and promote our range of signage and advertising services. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, networking skills, and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential business opportunities in signage, display, and branding projects.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain professional relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate brands.
  • Understand client needs and recommend customized advertising and signage solutions.
  • Develop quotations, proposals, and detailed presentations for client meetings.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for project execution.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in business development within signage, branding, or advertising.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong client network in corporate or retail sectors will be an added advantage.
