USI NSE F&BO BE HR - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

You will manage the requests on the entire HR lifecycle and support the Belgium HR team in all their activities. Processing, handling, and managing onboarding & offboarding tool including iRPM and ServiceNow, the requests received from stakeholders related to Backend HR Office including Personnel Admin and Payroll assigned by your senior.

Work you will do

• Edit and draft talent-related documents as needed.
• Serve as the first line of support in our ticketing system.
• Oversee general administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle (e.g., hiring, departures, absences, seniority updates).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of employee lifecycle events.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including contract setup.
• Understand and apply accurate data processing and analysis in payroll tools (such as SAP, ServiceNow and Qlik) for multiple business units, performing regular quality checks.
• Extract data from SAP and generate reports in Excel.
• Work efficiently with SharePoint portals and HR dashboards.
• Provide administrative support by handling various client requests.
• Manage relationships effectively with BE stakeholders and the India Manager.
• Resolve ServiceNow tickets related to absences, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Prepare employment certificates and update Team sites.
• Ensure SAP/HR system actions and updates are completed accurately, on time, and according to procedural guidelines.

Qualifications/skills required

• • Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant 3 years of experience in similar role/corporate organization.
• Prior experience of HR & learning is required.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivator and Independent.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM
