Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prepare effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels — job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, consultancies, and campus drives.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and updated interview data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and follow established interview processes.
- Ensure all candidate details are correctly recorded in the recruitment database.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously. Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
