1. At least 4-years of experience in IAM2. Ability to access management and support of multiple complex computer applications, directories and domains that encompass user lifecycle management (on-boarding, transfers, off-boarding, access reviews,...)3. Operate and Maintain IAM solutions and optimize existing processes4.

Skills in one or more programming languages (f.e. Java,, .Net/C#, JS)5. Very good knowledge of: OpenID, OAuth2, REST, SCIM, SAMLv2,SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC6. Good knowledge of SGBDs, SQL, data science repositories7.

Very good knowledge and hand on experience with Directory Services: AD, LDAP, VDS8. Knowledge and hand on experience with IAM Solutions like Okta, Oracle IAM, Sailpoint, AzureAD9. Proficiency with scripting languages like Powershell, Bash, Python10.

Ability to prepare technical documentation incl. Technical Design Specifications, Test Specifications, Release Manuals,. ..11.

Ability to support development leaders in designing solutions and estimating effort12. Experience with: Continuous Integration (Bamboo), Code repositories (SVN, GIT), Issue Tracking Systems (Jira)13. Knowledge of ITIL14.

Experience with working in Agile Development Methodologies (f.e. SCRUM)15. Communication in spoken and written English (at least intermediate)16. Good workload management and coordination skills17.

Ability to work as a team member18. Ability to learn quickly new technologies and processes19. Knowledge on Infrastructure as code tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Docker,...)
