The IAM Test Lead is responsible for leading the testing efforts for identity and access management solutions. This role involves developing test strategies, plans, and scripts, as well as coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of IAM systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create detailed test strategies and plans for IAM solutions, ensuring all aspects of the system are thoroughly tested.
- Oversee the execution of test plans, including functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Work closely with IAM engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure all testing documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the current state of the IAM system.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users on IAM testing processes and tools.
- Actively participate in IAM-related projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the IAM program.

**Must have**
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on IAM solutions like SailPoint IdentityNow & SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt etc.
- BE/BTech/BCA/MCA qualification
- Deep knowledge of IAM systems, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of testers.

**Good to Have**:

- Certification in IT Security area (preferably in IAM domain)
- Knowledge of CyberSecurity best practices
