You'll do this by:

Core Skills:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong expertise in SailPoint configuration: provisioning workflows, certification campaigns, roles, policies, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience developing custom workflows, rules, and connectors using Beanshell, Java, XML, SQL.
  • Practical experience integrating SailPoint with other enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts (user lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, ABAC, SoD, compliance).
  • Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD) and cloud applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for SailPoint provisioning and synchronization issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
