Job Description We are seeking a Technology Architect / Principal Consultant with expertise in IDAM-PAM/IGA (Identity and Access Management - Privileged Access Management / Identity Governance and Administration). In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts, possess strong technical problem-solving skills, and have experience across various phases of the system life cycle to support multiple projects. You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality code deliverables for modules, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Key Responsibilities - Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture, design, deployment, and integration of privileged account security solutions. - PAM Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions, specifically CyberArk, including implementation architecture activities. - IAM Solutioning: Design, solution, and architect comprehensive IAM solutions, effectively communicating with product vendors. - Requirement Translation: Convert complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and create excellent designs. - System Integration: Possess strong hands-on experience with System Integration for IGA solutions. - Technical Guidance: Guide the technical team and work closely with offshore teams, acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. - Problem Solving: Apply strong technical problem-solving skills to ensure technical feasibility and identify smart ways to meet client requirements. - Documentation: Play an important role in creating architecture and high-level design artifacts. - Policy & Governance: Demonstrate understanding of associated disciplines of Security Policy and Governance, as well as client security and risk posture. - Project Lifecycle Support: Provide support across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including IAM platform support, and lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Skills and Experience - Demonstrable experience in Technology Architect / Principal Consultant roles within IDAM-PAM/IGA. - Proven experience in the architecture, design, deployment, and integration of privileged account security solutions. - Extensive experience with PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions, with a strong focus on CyberArk Privileged Access Management solution implementation and architecture. - Strong experience in designing, solutioning, and architecting IAM solutions. - Good hands-on experience with System Integration for IGA solutions. - Ability to discuss complex technical concepts and interdependencies with customers. - Ability to work with internal project teams and end customers to continue design and deployment activities. - Understanding of Security Policy and Governance. - Understanding of client security and risk posture. - Strong technical problem-solving skills and experience in different phases of the system life cycle. - Excellent ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications. Preferred Skills - Experience in CyberArk PAM. - Experience with SailPoint IGA. - Experience with Saviynt IGA. - Experience with CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management).
