PAM Manager

Inviting applications for the role of Manager-PAM (BeyondTrust)In this role you will be responsible for Building skills in Privileged Access Management Technologies like BeyondTrust and knowledge on Core Java with focus on deployment and management. This role contributes to the success of the EC vertical by adding more teeth and power to our current group and ensure we work closely with business on Identity and Access Management platform and support our deployment globally.Requirements:• Complete knowhow on architecture, functionality on PAM solution• Hands on experience on any leading PAM solution (BeyondTrust)• Should have at least implemented one PAM project with large number of end points• Should have strong trouble shooting skills• In depth knowledge of networking Windows OS, Unix, Linux a must• In depth Knowledge of Protocols, Ports and Windows permissions a must• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy is a must• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server a must• Knowledge of Firewall and Anti virus• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows workstation and server OS and UNIX/Linux OS• Knowledge of Virtualization\Cloud suites such as VMware ESX, Azure, and AWS• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, routers, switches, proxy servers• Knowledge of World Wide Web environments and tools XML, ASP. Etc• Experience with Password Vaulting, Privilege Management, Vulnerability Assessment a plus• Working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance standards including PCI, SOX, HIPAA, GLBA , ISO is preferred• Implementation and configuration of setup. • Validation and troubleshooting of Resource Brokers. • Sound knowledge of Security Operational deliverables, Security & Risk Management, Role based Access Control (RBAC) on different server platform.• Understanding of ITIL Life cycle, Incident management & monitoring, security administration, risk management, auditing and access control with one or more • Ability to address & manage production problems with technical and business perspective by coordinating with teams. • Adept at organizing work tasks by prioritizing projects for timely completion as per SOW• Integrating Password Safe, Privilege remote access & endpoint privilege management for credential password rotation, RDP session launching with the mechanism of least privilege management• Creation of project roadmap, plan, HLD & LLD, SOP’s, KB’s, Training sessions with stakeholders• Working on windows and linux servers onboarding w.r.t PAM id’s in BT Password safe• SAML login integration, Azure AD, AD groups creation for PAM id’s & domain joined accounts• Tiering as per segregation of user & application access• Exploring integration of various tools with BeyondTrust for health and alert monitoring• Onboarding of Service accounts/Applications• Good knowledge on PS_Auto and AutoIT• Good knowledge on Understanding the environment• Good communication skills• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with experience in discussing with OEMs on solutions and root cause analysis • Flexible to accommodate time-zones as teams are geographically dispersed• Ability to work both independently and in various teams• Ability to analyze logs and events to troubleshoot the issues. Responsibilities:• Drive Problem Management with focus on RCA and RCCA in collaboration with larger SME group and domains • Manage weekly reviews with other SME domains for complex IT implementations across multiple towers including applications, products etc.• Needs to manage relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal and partner stakeholders• Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability • Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams• Explore opportunities to optimize and ensure we are inline with customer requirements Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject• Overall 9-10 years of total workex with 3-4 years hands on experience on BeyondTrust PAM Solution with SME knowledge with focus on deployment, administration, performance tuning and troubleshootingPreferred qualifications (Desired Experience):• Scripting experience a plus. AutoIT• Web Application security experience a plus
