About the Role

Design at The Quorum is not just about making things look good (though we love that too). It is about building a visual language that feels unmistakably us and making sure it shows up everywhere, from our Instagram grid to our biggest campaigns. If you are a designer who can balance sharp execution with big-picture thinking, you will feel right at home.

What you will be doing


Visual Identity & Systems

  • Keep our design system tight, fresh, and consistent across all platforms.
  • Shape identities for our IPs, events, and large-scale campaigns.


Art Direction

  • Lead the look and feel of shoots, including moodboards and concept decks.
  • Make sure every output, whether print or digital, is on-point and on-brand.


Design Execution

  • Create digital and print assets including web, social, campaigns, and collaterals.
  • Translate ideas into visuals that tell stories and scale beautifully.


Collaboration

  • Work with external agencies and partners to keep the brand consistent.
  • Team up with content, events, and marketing to bring ideas to life.

What you bring

  • 3 to 4 years in design, visual communication, or brand building.
  • A portfolio that shows identity design, art direction, and campaigns.
  • Comfort with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Bonus if you dabble in motion, Figma, or UX.
  • An eye for typography, color, and layout with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle projects, manage partners, and explain your vision clearly.

Nice to have

  • Skills in motion design, video editing, or UX/UI.
  • Experience in a creative agency or brand studio.
