Job Title: Digital Partnership Strategist

About this Role
  • Our team is seeking an experienced partnership strategist to manage Global System Integrator (GSI) partners for our India Business. You will be responsible for aligning priorities of both organizations by solution/industry with defined outcomes & a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • You will develop and maintain positive relationships with executives from Partner Organizations, Partner Field teams and work closely to implement strategic/tactical engagements.
  • Your responsibilities will also include managing partner performance by tracking revenue & pipeline, creating a strong cadence with the leadership and field teams to monitor and measure progress.
  • You will enable partners adoption to cloud with our transition to cloud solutions and provide support and guidance on product and solution offerings.
  • You will develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing and incentives and measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue.
  • In addition, you will identify and resolve conflicts proactively internally and externally.
