Role Overview:

As a UX Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience strategy for websites across a variety of industries. You wont just work on the look and feel your insights will influence user journeys, information architecture, and design direction that aligns with industry-specific expectations and user behavior.

Were seeking someone with strong UI/UX fundamentals, but more importantly, someone who thinks beyond pixels someone who understands that great UX is driven by data, empathy, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (designers, developers, marketing, and business teams) to define project goals and UX strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to understand industry-specific UX patterns.
- Translate business objectives and industry insights into effective UX roadmaps.
- Define and refine user journeys, information architecture, and wireframes.
- Evaluate and guide UX/UI designers on design decisions from a strategic lens.
- Present and defend UX strategies and design rationale to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, user behavior, and emerging technologies to continually enhance UX thinking.
- Strategize and structure web projects with a focus on usability, conversion, and client objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 25 years of experience in UX Strategy, UX Design, or related UI/UX roles.
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, design systems, and industry-specific UI patterns.
- Ability to grasp different business domains quickly and propose tailored UX strategies.
- Experience working closely with developers, UI/UX teams, and clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, etc.
- A strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a mindset focused on problem-solving and user satisfaction.

Bonus If You Have:

- Prior experience working in a digital/creative agency setup.
- Understanding of SEO, content strategy, or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
