What will you be doing?

As a Associate Design Director at frog India, you will:

• Lead and Inspire Design Teams
  : Guide interdisciplinary teams through the design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client goals and user needs.
• Drive Client Relationships
  : Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning frog's design solutions to drive value and impact.
• Champion Design Excellence
  : Set and uphold high standards for creative quality across projects, advocate for user-centered design practices, and encourage innovation within the team.
• Collaborate Across Functions
  : Work closely with strategists, technologists, and other stakeholders to create seamless, impactful user experiences that integrate visual, interaction, and content design.
• Mentor and Develop Talent
  : Mentor and coach junior and senior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring their continuous professional development.
• Contribute to Thought Leadership
  : Represent frog in industry events, publish articles or case studies, and actively contribute to our design community.
• Oversee Project Operations
  : Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring smooth delivery while meeting or exceeding client expectations.

• Drive high standards in design execution, pushing for innovative solutions and impactful outcomes.
• Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset in dynamic project environments.

We want you to have:

• Experience
  : 15+ years of experience in design with a focus on digital products and services, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Portfolio
  : A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience (UX), interaction design (IxD), and visual design (VD) across a range of digital products and services.
• Skills
  : Strong strategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Communication
  : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence clients, and inspire teams.
• Tool Proficiency
  : Mastery of industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Educational Background
  : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Client Management
  : Proven ability to build trust with clients, manage complex relationships, and deliver high-value solutions.

It would be a bonus if you had:

• Experience in emerging technologies like AR/VR, AI, or IoT and their application in digital design.
• A background in working with diverse, cross-functional teams in a global or multi-studio environment.
• Prior experience with business development activities, such as contributing to proposals, pitches, or case studies.
• Knowledge of design systems and brand guidelines creation.
• An ability to publish thought leadership pieces, participate in public speaking engagements, or contribute to industry publications.
