Toros Extrusions Pvt Ltd (Toros) is a leading manufacturer of aluminum extrusions in India, backed by over four decades of experience in the aluminum industry. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help us grow our brand, reach new audiences, and increase customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage company branding and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and report ROI to leadership.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to align on marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, CRM systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Previous experience in [industry] is a plus.
