**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

2. Social Media Management:

- Assist in managing and scheduling posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.

3. Digital Marketing:

- Contribute to the development of digital content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, suggesting improvements based on data.

5. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

- Collaborate on optimizing social media content for search engines.
- Assist in keyword research and implementation to improve online visibility.

6. Campaign Support:

- Support the execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct cold calls to increase sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

7. Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

8. Influencer Marketing:

- Identify and engage with potential influencers and brand advocates.
- Support influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to tracking performance.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Marketing.
- Strong passion for social media and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with multimedia content creation.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
