Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Marketing Executive** to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our operations by handling documentation, customer follow-ups, and assisting senior team members with various tasks. This is not a sales position, but a vital back-end role that contributes to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities
- **Document Collection**: Responsible for the collection of policy documents from clients.
- **Cheque Pickup**: Manage the pickup of cheques as required for timely transactions.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Assist the senior team in following up with customers regarding quotes shared and policy details.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide support for day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to share insights and improve processes.
