**Position**: Marketing Intern
**Location**: Nagpur
**Duration**: 3-6 months
**Stipend**: 4k to 8k + variables

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Hashtags Studio’s films and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the core team to develop marketing collateral, such as promotional videos, graphics, and presentations.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, or collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for storytelling, branding, and digital media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
