Role Title: Sales Officer (Offline Sales)

Location: Delhi NCR, Full Time, 6 Days working

We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Sales Officer to join our growing offline sales team at Anveshan. This role will focus on building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners to expand our presence and deliver our mission of bringing traceable, natural food products to customers.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales.
  • Execute in-store promotions, product displays, and merchandising activities.
  • Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Collect and share market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience in offline sales within FMCG or a similar sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
