Role Overview

We're looking for a Performance & Digital Marketing Associate who can take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution and coordination across paid ads, email, and social media channels. You'll work closely with the founding team, creative partners, and agencies to plan, execute, and track digital campaigns that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copies, visuals, and landing pages align with brand tone and objectives.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance CTRs, CPCs, ROAS, conversion rates - and suggest optimisations.
  • Assist in email marketing, retention marketing, influencer collaborations, and website (Built on shopify) performance tracking/conversion optimisation.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and growth hacks relevant to D2C and beauty/skincare brands.
  • Work closely with the founding team for campaign planning, budget allocation, and reporting.

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 2+ years of hands-on relevant experience in performance marketing or digital marketing for e-commerce / D2C brands. (Those without relevant experience, please do not apply)
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, and tracking tools.
  • A person with a sound understanding of marketing funnels, Knowledge of AI & tools for digital marketing.
  • A person comfortable working in a growing company, where openness to learn and do multi-tasking is a pre-requisite.
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for creative detail.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment — someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • Analytical mindset — you love data as much as you love ideas.
