Now, we're looking for a
Facebook Ads Specialist

who can take charge of performance campaigns, work on international funnels, and help scale our clients to the next level.

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, launch & manage
    Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns

for global coaching & webinar clients.
- Conduct deep
audience research

and create high-performing ad sets (custom + lookalike audiences).
- Handle
Pixel setup, Conversion API, and event tracking

like a pro.
- Run
creative tests

(video, image, copy angles) to find winners and reduce CPLs.
- Optimize for
registrations, show-up rates, and conversions

— not just traffic.
- Collaborate closely with
funnel & copywriting teams

to align ads with landing pages and webinar scripts.
- Monitor
daily spend

, track KPIs, and report on
CPL, CTR, ROAS, and funnel performance

.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of
    hands-on experience

with Facebook/Meta Ads (agency or coaching niche preferred).
- Proven experience in
lead generation/webinar funnels

.
- Strong knowledge of
Pixel, CAPI, custom conversions, and tracking tools

.
- Clear understanding of
ABO, CBO, Advantage+ campaigns, and scaling frameworks

.
- Analytical thinker who loves diving into data to improve performance.
- Basic familiarity with
Google Sheets, Tag Manager, or Pabbly/Make

(bonus).
- Excellent
communication and teamwork

skills.
