Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Jamnagar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and providing them with housing finance solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining customer records, conducting credit assessments, and working closely with other teams to enhance service delivery. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and understanding customer needs
  • Knowledge of housing finance products and credit assessment techniques
  • Sales skills and ability to meet targets
  • Empathy and ability to build trust with customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
  • Knowledge of the local market and available housing finance options in Jamnagar is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the finance industry, preferably in housing finance, is beneficial
