on-ground campaigns
to reach parents and students directly.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
results-driven Offline Marketing Manager
to lead and execute
apartment, school, and local community campaigns
for brand awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
field activations, BTL marketing, and parent/student engagement campaigns
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute
    apartment campaigns, school tie-ups, and community events
    to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with
    school authorities, residential associations, and local partners
    .
  • Coordinate
    on-ground events, kiosks, and seminars
    to showcase our learning programs.
  • Manage
    offline marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and campaign logistics
    .
  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on leads, footfall, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure
    smooth follow-up and conversion
    of offline leads.
  • Identify new offline channels and opportunities for market penetration.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience (3–6 years) in
    offline/BTL marketing, field campaigns, or EdTech/K12 domain
    .
  • Strong network in
    apartments, schools, and community associations
    preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel locally for campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Prior experience in
    EdTech, consumer services, or education marketing
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    event management, activations, and local brand promotions
    .
