Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads
- Explain company products and services to potential clients
- Maintain call records and update client databases
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
Requirements:
- Education: BCA or any relevant degree
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience:
- 3 months or up to 1 year experience (preferred)
Salary:
- ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
