Role: Payroll Specialist

Location: Pune, India

Role Description:

Responsible for accurate and timely global payroll for India, UK, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Mexico and USA, coordinating with HR and ADP/PEO, and reconciling payroll registers with accounting books.

Key Outcomes:

  • Coordinate with HR on payroll inputs and ADP/PEO for bi-monthly/monthly payroll processing.
  • Manage payroll for multiple countries with emphasis on India payroll compliance.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of payroll registers to accounting books.
  • Safeguard payroll data, ensuring confidentiality and preventing unauthorized access.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNT, COUNTIF, Filter).
  • Accuracy and strong time sensitivity.
  • High integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll data.
  • 4 to 7 years' experience of with at least 2 years of payroll cycle experience.
  • Current role includes India payroll. US and other Geo Payroll is an added advantage.
  • Experience with ADP/PEO platforms.
