Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Pune. The Payroll Specialist will handle the day-to-day tasks of payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing payroll taxes, labour laws, and payroll services. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee payroll records, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
  • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and handling various laws like TDS, PF, ESIC, PT & LWF etc
  • Skilled in providing Payroll Services
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in payroll software (KEKA, ZOHO etc) and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
