Job Summary:

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advertising solutions that meet their strategic goals. This role involves managing end-toend account servicing—from campaign ideation to execution—while identifying growth opportunities within existing /new client portfolios.

Role & Responsibilities:

 Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company.

 Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

 Understand client goals, marketing strategies, and challenges to propose relevant OOH media solutions.

 Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement, updates, and proactive problem-solving.

 Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.

 Develop customized proposals and media plans to meet client objectives.

 Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

 Manage the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns — from proposal to implementation and reporting.

 Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, operations, creative, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery.

 Track campaign performance and share post-campaign analysis and insights with clients  Monitor campaign performance, share reports and insights, and recommend optimization strategies.

 Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned accounts.

 Manage budgets, quotations, and invoicing in collaboration with the finance /Service/Sales team. Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.

 4–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

 Proven success in client acquisition and retention.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Strong client relationship and networking abilities.

 Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and growth.
