Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, developing strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. The role involves coordinating with various departments to fulfill client needs, preparing reports, and conducting presentations. Additionally, the Key Account Executive will handle queries and complaints, provide solutions, and ensure timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client management, relationship-building, and account handling
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze data and create strategic plans
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
