Business Development Associate

We are seeking a smart, highly energetic, and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join the Nearwala team. The primary goal of this role is to drive market expansion by identifying and securing new business partnerships within the local market. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal abilities and a strong drive to meet ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
As a BDE, your focus will be on the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring strong business growth and partner satisfaction.
- Market Research: Proactively identify and research new business opportunities, potential partners, and target markets to expand Nearwala's footprint.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate contact, conduct effective cold calls and meetings, and build strong professional relationships with prospective shop owners and clients.
- Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from pitching the value proposition to negotiating terms and successfully closing contracts.
- Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales and acquisition targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and communication logs.

- Exceptional Communication: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate Nearwala's value proposition clearly and compellingly.
- Superior Negotiation Skill: Proven ability to negotiate contract terms effectively to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- High Convincing Skill: A strong persuasive ability to effectively overcome client objections and successfully onboard new businesses.
- Professional Presentation Skill: Proficiency in delivering clear, engaging, and professional presentations to diverse audiences.
- Smart and Energetic: Must exhibit high intelligence, be a quick learner, and maintain palpable enthusiasm and drive throughout the workday.
Compensation and Incentives
- This role offers a competitive fixed base salary.
- The position includes a significant incentive structure, providing the opportunity to earn up to ₹20,000 per month based purely on performance and the achievement of sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
