JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Sales Associate(B2B)

Location:  Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Join our growing B2B sales team and drive strategic partnerships that help students secure education loans seamlessly As a B2B Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with study-abroad consultants, universities, and test-prep companies, ensuring optimal engagement and business growth. If you have a knack for relationship management, strategic selling, and driving partnerships, we'd love to have you onboard

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with study-abroad consultants, universities, and test-prep companies.

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize partner engagement and loan referrals.

  •  Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions to educate partners about our offerings.

  •  Maintain strong business relationships and act as the primary point of contact for partners.

  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize partner contributions.

  •  Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline operations and improve partner experience.

  •  Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in education loans, fintech, or ed-tech.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

  •  Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.

  •  Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
