Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions across departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage interviews, onboarding, and orientation programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.
  • Resolve employee grievances and support conflict management.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.

Performance Management

  • Implement appraisal systems and monitor KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Identify training & development needs and coordinate relevant programs.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and HR regulations.
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Payroll & Benefits

  • Coordinate payroll and ensure accuracy in processing.
  • Oversee leave management, attendance, and employee benefits administration.

Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Contribute to workforce planning and organizational growth strategies.
  • Implement HR best practices to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Support management in driving productivity and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality / F\&B sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
