RTO Executive – Electric Two Wheeler Showroom

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 1–6 Years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an RTO Executive for our Electric Two Wheeler Showroom in Baner, Pune. The role involves managing all RTO-related activities, including registration, insurance, road tax, and delivery documentation for electric two-wheelers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RTO processes, coordination with dealers/customers, and knowledge of EV compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle registration processes with RTO for new electric two-wheelers
  • Handle documentation for road tax, insurance, hypothecation, and temporary/permanent registration
  • Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of registered vehicles
  • Maintain and update RTO records, forms, and compliance reports
  • Ensure accurate submission of Form 20, 21, 22, and other required documents
  • Liaise with RTO offices, agents, and authorities for smooth processing
  • Assist customers with RTO-related queries and ensure proper guidance
  • Keep updated with EV policies, RTO guidelines, and regulatory changes
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to RTO activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of experience in RTO operations, automobile dealership, or registration work
  • Good knowledge of RTO documentation, registration, and insurance processes
  • Experience in handling two-wheeler or electric vehicle registrations preferred
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
  • Qualification: Graduate (Any stream), with relevant RTO/dealership experience
