Logistic Executive – Electric Two Wheeler Showroom

Location: Baner, Pune

About the Role

We are hiring a Logistic Executive for our Electric Two Wheeler Showroom in Baner, Pune. The role involves overseeing vehicle logistics, stock movement, documentation, and coordination between the warehouse, showroom, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in automobile logistics, inventory handling, or dealership operations, with strong organizational and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inward and outward movement of electric two-wheelers from warehouse to showroom and customers
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams for timely vehicle delivery and registration processes
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and dispatches
  • Ensure RTO and insurance documentation is complete before delivery
  • Track and report vehicle movement, delivery schedules, and stock status
  • Handle vendor and transporter coordination for smooth logistics operations
  • Assist in managing spare parts and accessories inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or automobile dealership operations
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes
  • Knowledge of RTO documentation, insurance, and delivery coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/accounting tools
  • Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred
