Accounts Executive – Electric Two Wheeler Showroom

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 1–8 Years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an Accounts Executive for our Electric Two Wheeler Showroom in Baner, Pune. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, handling showroom-related financial transactions, and supporting compliance requirements. Candidates with prior experience in the automobile or dealership sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including billing, receipts, payments, and reconciliation
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Prepare and maintain cash book, sales register, and expense reports
  • Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in coordination with senior accounts team
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and balance sheet
  • Coordinate with showroom sales and service teams for financial accuracy
  • Work with auditors, banks, and vendors for smooth operations
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–8 years of experience as an Accounts Executive / Accountant (automobile showroom experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation
  • Ability to handle billing, cash flow, and reconciliation independently
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts)
