
Export Sales Executive

About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Export Sales Executive to manage and grow our international B2B sales of healing crystals and spiritual products. If you're organized, confident, and excited to work in a women-led ethical brand, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international B2B sales via email, WhatsApp, and platforms like Alibaba, Indiamart, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas buyers (retailers, resellers, boutiques).
- Conduct virtual product walkthroughs and showroom tours.
- Research potential leads from Instagram, Google, etc., and organize data in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate shipments, prepare export documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, HS Codes).
- Maintain CRM records, track follow-ups, and generate weekly reports.
- Recommend trending crystal products based on buyer needs.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in exports, B2B sales, or client communication
- Good English communication (spoken + written)
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Gmail, and WhatsApp
- Knowledge of crystals/healing products is a bonus
