Job Title: Marketing Executive – Hair Transplant & Skin Industry
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Baner, Pune.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote the clinic's hair transplant and skin services. This role involves developing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, enhance digital presence, and support the clinic's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, tie-ups, and promotional activities to generate walk-ins and leads.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and collaborations with salons, gyms, or dermatology clinics to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor marketing and suggest innovative strategies for brand differentiation.
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote hair transplant and skin treatments.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
- Plan and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities including events, camps, exhibitions, and tie-ups.
- Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for content, campaigns, and branding material.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen with persuasive ability
- Knowledge of marketing principles (digital and offline)
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Confident, presentable, and patient-centric approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in Hair Transplant, Cosmetic, Dermatology, or Healthcare sector)
- Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm for aesthetics may also be considered
Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of monthly sales targets
- Conversion rate from leads to consultations and treatments
- Growth in patient inquiries and brand engagement
- Quality and execution of marketing initiatives
