IT Sales Executive

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying potential customers, presenting IT solutions, and driving sales. Whether you're a fresher eager to begin your career or a professional with up to 3 years of experience, if you have strong communication skills and a passion for technology, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions/services.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and technical teams.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in IT sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Good to Have
- Internship or academic project experience in IT/business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Basic understanding of IT services like software development, cloud, or SaaS.
