What You'll Do ● Identify, qualify, and convert leads for Recally, website development, digital marketing, and Wabuddy subscription plans ● Engage with business owners, startups, and SMEs to understand their pain points and pitch relevant solutions ● Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp prospecting, and email marketing ● Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals customized to client needs ● Collaborate with the internal strategy and technical teams for proposal preparation and execution ● Maintain data of leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM systems ● Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and report performance to leadership
What We're Looking For ● 1–3 years of experience in B2B or tech sales ● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi ● Basic understanding of digital marketing services, websites, and SaaS tools ● Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can take ownership ● Confidence in speaking to business owners and decision-makers ● Time management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment ● Comfortable with CRM tools and online communication platforms
