Job Title: Sr. Inside Sales Executive

Location: Pune (Balewadi)

Work Mode : Full time (On-site)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales/ business development(Upscales , cross sales)/online sales, preferably in a domestic B2B or B2C environment.
  • Good communication skills in basic English and fluency in at least one regional language – Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Telugu.
  • Experience using CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM, for managing leads, meetings, and quotations.
  • Ability to maintain a strong sales pipeline and identify proper prospects.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer support throughout the sales process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make sales and marketing calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with clients such as Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and System Integrators, as well as field executives, to schedule meetings, demos, and other sales activities.
  • Update all communication, meetings, and quotations on Zoho CRM.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support throughout the sales process.
  • Meet assigned sales and non-sales targets post-training period.
