We're seeking a confident and articulate Telecaller to connect with potential clients, follow up on leads, and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging conversations, has a persuasive voice, and thrives on building relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

  • Explain services/products to prospects and answer inquiries.

  • Maintain a database of leads and follow-up regularly.

  • Schedule appointments or demos where relevant.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign support.

  • Provide feedback on call responses and customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication in [Insert language(s), e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].

  • Ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Should have a laptop
