Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Promote and cross-sell financial products, including equities, mutual funds, SIPs, IPOs, and insurance.
- Monitor client accounts and provide timely investment guidance and solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement business development strategies.
- Address client queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business growth and revenue targets.
