About KMS Pharma
KMS Pharma is a Contract Development & Research Organization (CDRO)
specializing in pharma & nutraceutical
product development, dossier preparation, and supply partnerships
(no manufacturing).
What You'll Do
- Drive
licensing, distribution, and co-development deals
for ready-to-supply pharma & nutraceutical products. - Build partnerships with
domestic & global pharma companies
. - Manage full BD cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closing.
- Work with R&D and regulatory teams to align partner needs.
- Represent KMS at
international conferences
(CPhI, BioEurope, etc.).
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years in
pharma/nutraceutical BD, CDRO/CDMO alliances, or licensing
. - Strong network of pharma/nutraceutical contacts.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DCGI, USFDA, EMA, WHO).
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to travel.
