SpazioLiv is a premium interior design brand specializing in transforming residential spaces into thoughtfully designed, functional, and aesthetically refined homes. We cater primarily to B2C clients seeking end-to-end interior solutions for apartments, villas, and luxury residences.
Role Overview
The Closing Manager (B2C) will be responsible for converting qualified residential leads into confirmed design projects. This role focuses on consultative selling, relationship management, and revenue generation by guiding prospective clients through the final stages of the sales funnel and securing project closures. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of client psychology in high-value home interior purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close high-quality B2C interior design leads for residential projects.
- Conduct client meetings, understand their lifestyle needs, preferences, and budget expectations.
- Present SpazioLiv's design solutions, packages, timelines, and value propositions effectively.
- Drive the final negotiation process and ensure successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate follow-ups with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to align client expectations and closure commitments.
- Prepare and explain cost estimates, proposals, and final quotations.
- Ensure timely conversion of leads into signed contracts and booking confirmations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Update CRM systems with lead status and sales pipeline progress.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2C sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client emotions and buying behavior in premium segments.
- Experience in closing high-ticket residential products or services.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, luxury retail, or home décor.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales closures.
- Experience dealing with premium residential clients.
