
Manager- Ash/thermal plant

Key Responsibilites:
Identify and pursue new business opportunies with government and private thermal power plants for ash handling and disposal.
Lead the end-to-end tendering process including documenta on, bid prepara on, rate analysis, and submission.
Develop and maintain rela onships with key stakeholders in the power, infrastructure, cement, and waste management sectors.
Analyze ash disposal rates, transporta on/logis cs costs, and compe tor pricing to support strategic bidding. Iden fy poten al disposal avenues such as cement plants, construc on companies, brick manufacturers, road contractors, and mines.
Collaborate with internal teams including logis cs, finance, legal, and opera ons to align business development efforts.
Track policy changes, government no fica ons, and environmental regulations impactinng ash disposal business. Provide regular updates to senior management on market trends, opportunity pipeline, and business conversions.
