About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Intern
to support customer relationship activities, data management, and communication workflows. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, engaging with customers, and contributing to CRM process efficiency.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Maintain, update, and verify customer data within the CRM system.
- Conduct
regular calls
with customers for updates, feedback, and pending information. - Support customer communication workflows, including inquiry handling and follow-through.
- Assist in preparing CRM reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to gather and align customer-related information.
- Monitor data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in executing engagement activities, email campaigns, and customer feedback initiatives.
- Provide administrative and documentation support for CRM projects.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Business/Marketing or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable with follow-up calls.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills; basic CRM knowledge preferred.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organised.
- Proactive and quick learner with the ability to handle confidential data.
