Your Responsibilities

* Talk to customers politely and confidently— both inbound and outbound calls.

* Understand client needs and build strong relationships.

* Help resolve customer queries and complaints quickly.

* Update and manage the CRM database.

* Coordinate with our sales, operations, and logistics teams.

Languages Required:

Marathi – Must

Knowledge of **other languages** is a plus.
