Restaurant Manager

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
b. Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
c. Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
d. Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
e. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff
f. Manage inventory, food and beverage ordering, and vendor relationships
g. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
h. Analyze financial reports and manage budgets, labor costs, and profit margins
i. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Qualifications & Experience
• 2-3 years of experience in QSR industry
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, scheduling tools
