Responsibilities


Piping, Fabrication, and Erection – Project Lifecycle

  • Material specification, sourcing, ordering pipes, flanges, valves, fittings, gaskets.
  • Coordination with vendors and inspection before delivery.
  • Fabrication drawing release to shop.
  • Cutting, beveling, fit-up, welding (as per WPS), NDT (RT, UT, PT).
  • Dimensional and visual inspection, hydrotesting if required.
  • Lifting, placing, and aligning pipes, supports, and equipment.
  • Bolt tightening, flange connections, and welding tie-ins.
  • Field welding and site testing (hydrotest/pneumatic test).
  • Final inspection, flushing, hydrotesting, punch list clearance.
  • Pre-commissioning activities, handover documentation.

Education:
BE / ME Mechanical Engineering

  • Required Experience in AutoCAD & Understand Drawings
  • Planning & Execution Piping Projects
