We are now seeking an experienced Senior Textile / Fashion Designer to lead creative direction and elevate our design offerings as we continue to grow.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned, visionary designer with deep expertise in textile and fashion design, particularly within the luxury interior segment. The Senior Designer will play a key leadership role in driving the creative development of our high-end curtain collections, mentoring junior designers, and engaging directly with clients to deliver distinctive, personalized design solutions. A sophisticated design sensibility, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead presentations with HNI clients are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization and development of luxury curtain and textile collections
  • Oversee and guide the work of junior designers, ensuring high standards in design execution
  • Create and present mood boards, concept sketches, and detailed design presentations
  • Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to ensure fidelity to design intent
  • Consult directly with HNI clients, interpret their vision, and translate it into refined, site-specific design solutions
  • Supervise fabric selection, trims, embellishments, and custom detailing to maintain the brand's aesthetic excellence
  • Stay ahead of global design trends, textile innovations, and luxury interior aesthetics to inspire new collections
  • Manage multiple design projects with efficiency, precision, and creative leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in textile/fashion design, with a focus on luxury interiors or couture textiles
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software, and 3D visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of fabric behavior, drapery design, pattern making, and detailing
  • Exceptional aesthetic sense, with an eye for color, materiality, and texture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead client meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior team members
  • Experience working with high-end or bespoke clientele is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
