Job Description - Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive - Fabric Procurement

**Department: Procurement & Sourcing - Production and planning

**Location: [ Factory Office at Kalher, which is 6 kms from Kapurwapdi, Thane]

**Reporting To: Senior Manager - Fabric Procurement

Job Purpose

Manage and execute procurement strategies, develop vendor relationships, and coordinate

between multiple teams to ensure timely fabric delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility Area Description

Fabric Coordination Planning - Support sourcing, sampling, and

PO issuance for greige and processed

fabrics.

Vendor Communication Regular follow-ups, TNA tracking, and

vendor performance coordination.

Documentation Maintain procurement logs, quality

reports, and approvals. SOP adherences

Quality Checks Assist/Ensure fabric quality meets

specified parameters.

Team Collaboration Work with internal teams like QA,

merchandising, and processing.

Travel Visit vendors and mills as per requirement

for follow-up and inspections.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in fabric procurement.
- Degree in Textile Technology or relevant qualification.
- Proficient in fabric planning, quality assessment, and vendor negotiations.
- Experience in managing teams and handling large order volumes.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
